Over the last 12 years, the firm has grown significantly and has developed a very strong and loyal clientele. We moved to new offices in Bracken Court in November 2007 and being in the centre of town, we are accessible for our clients and close to the Dunedin Court. Jenny specialisms in all areas of Family Law, Family Law Litigation including Lofty Court matters and Employment Law. Previous Employment Law Representative on the Otago Branch of the New Zealand Law Society Council. She then re joined the team in July 2011 behind busy at a Dunedin office in the area of Employment Law. Council Member of the Otago Branch of the Fresh Zealand Law Society Council from 2004 to 2013.
Previous convener of the Otago District Law Society Continuing Legal Education Committee. Attendee at the Otago Branch of the Fresh Zealand Law Society Employment Law Committee. specializing in all aspects of Family Law, Family Property, Employment Law, Commercial Law and Property Law. Jenny has worked in the legal field for 23 years and has extensive experience in the Family Court and the Employment Court Jurisdictions. Previously she worked at Dunedin Law Steady Caudwells where she became a Partner in 1997.
Ben heads our Employment Law Team with over 10 years’ experience in that area, and is an approved Legal Assist Provider in the areas of Family Law and Employment Law. Our experienced team of lawyers and legal staff donate a wide range of legal services for individuals and business, to face all your legal needs
